My concern with “vote with your wallet” is that the developers will simply just design content for those that continue to pay, and be less incentivized to create content for those who have unsubbed.To add to the (good) points already made, 'vote with your wallet' could also send the entirely wrong message.
I sure as hell wouldn't want this game to start looking at Free to Play business models, but I know of at least one MMO that did so when subscriptions dropped significantly and, sadly, developed the sort of cash-grab mentality (mostly around gambleboxes) that would make the average smartphone game developer proud.




I don’t fear that. They spent two years catering to supposed new players who can’t finish Satasha without a trust telling them what to do. Even though it would seem the number of new players from that one data set is an all time low lol.
