I like the current pvp. Anything below crystal tier can probably be considered midcore imo.

Unless we're speaking about FLs, RWs or CC casual or very low leagues, then it's casual.

it would be nice if they added a option to join a particular company for the pvp match so you can work on the achievement log instead of put in a random company for the match , i know the wait time might be long to find you a spot , but i do think SE could make it work

I am pretty sure that the GC you're part of is the one that counts no matter what team you end up in after a queue in FLs.

i do a mix of the pvp events but i see the crystal tier more in a way you have to fight your opponent because there not much space to run and hide, that you can do in FLs ,Rws


your personal choice GC has nothing to do with pvp now , because you would have to change you GC to work on other achievement , you get randomly put in to a GC for that match that contribute to the achievement

i was more talking about a choice of selection of which GC you get put into for the match and the randomly option to fill the gap

it only idea , my thoughts, but i know there are players that been there done that

Those achievements track the GC you're currently in, not the one you're assigned at match start.

ok i had to jump on my siren toon , i miss read the other achievement , so i have to change GC to work on those others

do i lose my GC squadron if i change , get the achievement and go back to the flames

lol ya player are talking about my misunderstanding achievement problem then why this thread was even made.

To talk about this from a PvP pov since this is where I found this post, there isn't really a whole lot you can do to make "midcore" content in PvP. The best I can think of is low/mid tier ranked CC, but that mostly just has the issue of not having enough players sustained over an entire patch cycle. The best I can think of to help the mode is to just make the Augmented Hellhound weapons able to be obtainable by lower ranked players, albeit at a slower pace than higher ranked players, just so people can least do seasonal placements to keep it active. This is prolly isn't the sole solution to make it more open ended to midcore players but its just one idea I think would be good.

That's What l said in the survey recently. Make augmented hellhound work like how feast hands out wolf collar. Lower rank can get it but a lot slower. That will definitely encourage more people to try. So No one is left out but skilled players are rewarded by getting them faster
