The point was never whether the tools exist or not (they do, though the capability of the publicly available ones is, as always, drastically overstated). The point was that the OP is jumping at shadows and thinks predicting a very simple random secondary target cone with an hour-long castbar is evidence of them, after spending two pages trying to conceal what they were even talking about in the first place.
Even the posters accurately calling out some examples of prescience via things having separate cast IDs lump them together with things that absolutely don't work like that. (The second boss of Copied Factory is neither random nor a mystery. If you know which group of the alliance you're in, as soon as the platform rotates you can know the entire ability timeline... or you can just read the chat text which always corresponds to a specific ability.)
