Well lets look at the rewards should we? https://ffxiv.consolegameswiki.com/wiki/Shishu_Coin These are the rewards for the Another Mount Rokkan. Only the frame kit, music roll and the mount are of any real note. The mount itself is also a random drop and it can be bought on the market board.

This is even more bare with only the one housing item to be of any note cause the materia you can just get from running expert dungeons and lvl 90 roulettes. You don't get any tomes, no gil or anything else for that matter.

Okay, so what would be enough of a reward?
