Seriously. I put my favourite home Aetheryte as the one that is closest to the tomes for the latest gear because I'm gonna have to keep going back there. It's the only thing stopping most places being a ghost town.
I tend to put the town with the latest tomestone gear as my free location, while my actual home is my GC location.
For the survey though, I put on the final box that the game feels like a daycare with how low the challenge level is, and that it doesn't get harder the further into the story you go.
I tried doing the survey by logging into my lodestone account but the survey always states that my lodestone address isn't alligned with the survey location...
Is this survey not meant for EU citizens? I'm a bit confused.
I had the same problem until I went back to the Square site and found the survey myself. The link doesn't really work with the EU side. Here's the link I get when I find it on the site myself:

In short I told them I have low hopes for the AST rework, battle content and job/class design has been low quality, and I hate the "single player" direction they're going with for an MMO.
I'm tired of being told to wait for post-patches and expansions for fixes and increased healing requirements that are never coming. Healers are not fun in all forms of content like all jobs should be, they're replaced by tanks and dps due to low healing requirements and their dps kit is small for 0 reason, when in the past we had more options and handled things just fine. I refuse to play healer in roulette come DT. I refuse to heal EXs, I refuse to go into Savage, and I am boycotting Ultimate.

The question are ridiculous... nothing about the gameplay, what you think about the current state of the game but things like "what's your favourite mount" or "which npc would you like to see in a side story"... If that's the feedback they care about, we're doomed.
[edit]
Ok, I stand corrected the the last question ("what sort a place is ffXIV to you") is kinda the place to express the problem you see with the game right now.

Yeah the questions were very fluffy - like what you'd ask for a marketing "10 year infographic" puff-piece. Only one I think could be helpful is which NPC you want to see more of (Edit: VOTE HIEN if you forgot he existed lol). Maybe who your arch-nemesis is - though I haven't felt all that challenged recently so I just picked ARR Leviathan lol.The question are fucking ridiculous... nothing about the gameplay, what you think about the current state of the game but things like "what's your favourite mount" or "which npc would you like to see in a side story"... If that's the feedback they care about, we're doomed.

Okay I’m glad I’m not the only one who was like what the hell with the questionsThe question are fucking ridiculous... nothing about the gameplay, what you think about the current state of the game but things like "what's your favourite mount" or "which npc would you like to see in a side story"... If that's the feedback they care about, we're doomed.
I was hoping for something a little more like the 1.0 players poll that was about the future direction of the game, like what you wanted to have change or stay the same. They already have data on what the most used mounts/minions/home points are. I guess maybe they could compare the poll data to the real data and show us how wrong we are? And maybe it'll be fun to see if an NPC other than Y'shtola or Graha wins a side story.
I can't answer the survey because i am trying to access from outside the NA...i am from Brazil and i won't use a VPN just to provide some feedback.
Weird policy. They probably have our public IP when we access the game...they could just match tables to validate our answers, a few lines of SQL wouldn't kill a dev.
