Srsly, though, I'd just farm both for glam/minions and then stick with whichever city state/leaders you like best. That's Limsa for me.

I love how this game doesn’t punish you to hard if you wish to change.

Its pretty much RP stuff that’s different. Some glamours, chocobo barding, company salute. The leader minion changes. The current event has a slight difference. You can use any titles you earn no matter what your current company is.
