I would like bozja more if the lost actions were one time unlocks and didnt have to be aquired over and over again.

This I can agree with. The false-longevity by forcing farming doesn't help it since a lot of people get bored, or don't feel the actions are worth it(which resulted in the hour+ DR runs due to over half the people not using any of them).

Except they provided some of the most powerful essences in supremely basic ways
Like if you can’t figure out a flat 80% damage buff for the entire instance is worth 5 minutes of killing plant mobs outside of the home base what can square really do to incentivise anything at all

If SE actually did an effort to future proof it. If Gw2 taught me something is that open world design that depends on multiple players will become one of the worst offenders for "dead content" once it's relevance runs out. You can solo dungeons, trials, and even raids once they become old, and doing Alliance Raids is as easy as queueing and Roulette keeps them somewhat alive. But uninstanced content that depends on multiple people to be engaged in order to be completed months after it launched? You'd better work on solutions of you introduce it.
One of the reasons I haven't even touched Eureka/Bozja is because of the common consensus that aside relic farming no one cares for it anymore and it makes it so the storyline is slow and tedious to complete because it's a miracle of anyone participates in the raids.
