Group A will form parties with friends/LS members first, possibly shout/search for any needed spots before using content finder. Group A will also use the content finder off the bat if no friends/LS members are available.

Group B will primarily use content finder, which they can do while seeking party or looking for shouts.

The content finder will be convenient when you want to immediately get things done (which is difficult in this game compared to other MMOs). I really don't see what the big outcry against it is.

You see group B will Learn to never Interact with players and go AFK- they will never even talk to players in there own servers-
Hence group A is forced not to communicate with anyone-
People will stop Partying in own server because GROUP B will always join Dungeon to rank up-
Iam pretty sure they will come out with dungeon rank 25 35 45 55 65 75- as long as it's 10 rank gap you'll always get exp-
----- This is why you seek in your own server ----

    By using server merging dungeons-
You are FORCING NEW player's to use that system because GROUP B will not talk to new players since they can use that system- GROUP A will probably never run into that player BECAUSE they have there link shell to help them- Hence the new player WILL turn INTO group B--- None social and meet players from other servers.

You're blowing this WAY out of proportion. Content finder will make content readily available to all players = good. You're not being forced to play a certain way when it is implemented and if I'd have to bet, it won't affect your gameplay or experience in the slightest. If you're bored and looking for some quick dungeon runs, queue up - if you want to get a group from your server together, use the in game options/tools to do so.

For new players, if they want to get involved in their server's community, they will. They shouldn't be forced to do that though and they should be able to play the game how they want. Again, you're taking the argument of this killing any 'community' to the extreme. For 2.0 to be successful, content needs to be available on demand. If it just so happens that at x time you can form a server based group, great! If not, you still have the option to do something if you want.

Having no groups available, long wait times to form groups, and inaccessible content is bad

And i would argue that dungeon finder is the extreme in the other direction, of what myself and Gukswar are saying. Yes i understand the need and want to reduce downtime and making content more accessible, however there are ways to fix this without going to the extreme of implementing cross server dungeon finders.
