Workshops in private housing

I don’t necessarily need a workshop but I’d like to have the ability to add a FC-like room, and/or let tenants have rooms in your house.

This would be a great way to SUCK gil from the bloated markets. Also would solve the item limit problem.

Imagine if you could ADD a room to your private home to make a bathroom? A Bedroom?
