in its current state yes it is. of course +60 hp is more important than +30 mp. +60 mp would be more important than +60 hp though. it would be to me anyways. extra mp is less often convert is needed and a few extra spells you can cast. mp is better for being able to take more damage and a higher amount when you convert so they both have usage.

if you can get an extra 200 hp on your blm then that would be an extra 200 you get at convert. thats like having you cake and eating it too.
