I don't think that was for purchased ones, just the veteran rewards and the Heavensward special edition?

Given that account-wide slots are apparently limited, I would be surprised if you could buy an infinitely repurchasable thing and have it tracked.

I went back, made an alt on a new server and everything cause I thought I was mistaken, but much like the Maid/Butler outfits we got from a campaign(do not remember the year, but it was/is stated as accountbound) that always shows up on newly made characters...

Looks like Fantasia actually do give you a supply of the ones you bought before the change!
