My character disappears when she uses the Rising Phoenix mount

But yeah it’s probably more likely that they just couldn’t figure out a way for the characters to sit on it properly lol

Highly unlikely, considering the Rising Phoenix mount uses the same model as the Firebird mount, as well as the Sunforged mount (while in flight). Both have your character model shown.
