Okay, on a second look it's been altered from the standard model, but I'd put that down to "OP accidentally posted a modded outfit" over it being a new version of the outfit, given that nobody else has discovered it even on the glamour-focused sites like EC.

Was not sure myself when I first saw it, so hopped in game too see.

Well, someone must like it, otherwise it wouldn't be on the store. I think it's just as hideous as the rest of the modern looking stuff they've been putting out. Good thing I barely ever go to Limsa and when I do, it's only to the GC, so I won't actually be seeing many people wearing it.
