I think your hopes are in good hands; while female viera voices were mostly male-like voices which all had similar grunts, male viera ended up having very diverse and unique voices. You can tell female viera and male hrothgar were rushed. A testatment to this is how they released female viera with a glitched voice.

I also wanted to say Pip_Chik, your female hrothgar drawings are great, you're really talented and I appreciate that you're sharing them with us. Your designs is how I envision them, not too broad, not too skinny; they should use female highlander's body and increase the height.

Thank you very much, I did get a little bit better than my earlier fan drawings and I think I got to a point where I could show better what I envisioned they could look like, shapely, muscular but not broad. I said it from the beggining that I would like either a modified fem Roe body or an upscaled fem Highlander with a better idle pose. My main concern is mostley the head and height, in rest I'll take anything else.

And Korppu, I have first seen it on Twitter, someone posted it, I am at work now so I can't send you the link, but I will try to when I get home.
I was just as skeptical about it so I checked the files myself and they do seem to be there, but since I have no prior knowledgeof how many there were previously it's a bit hard to tell, I was mainly going for the name and date. Feel free to check as well. ^^
That is why I said that there is nothing concrete, they might just have finished them and added them to the files. A lot of games tend to add data to their game before the content is actually available.

Sorry if the wait was long, here is the link to the original tweet that made me aware that the files are there. Keep in mind that there is no sound added, just the "housing" files. It is a standard practice for a company to add certain files or data before the content is added to the game or made available to the players. A good example is Pokemon Scarlet and Violet whose dex entries were limited in number, but in the files, there were certain Pokemon not available in the game which lead people to assume either an update or DLC was about to be announced. The same is with 14 and a lot of other games. Another example is DBD, the data miners came to the conclusion that the new killer will be the Xenomorph because one of the in-game files added in an update prior to the DLC trailer had the name Ripley in it, pretty on the nose.

This is by all means NOT a guarantee of anything other than the empty files are in the game.

Nice to see new things surface(Regardless of the fact that not many else have made note of it til now. So I guess those who go mining are very few and far let alone willing to post those who are waiting "patiently"

1. Yoshi P stated they already decided on 2 Hrothgal designs last time it was asked
2. there's a racially ambiguous female voice in the trailer
3. there's mention of a Hroth society in whatsitsname new continent
4. the newest encyclopedia promo displayed Hrothgar culture, even female Hroths
5. said encyclopedia will conveniently release shortly after the EU fanfest
6. and now this datamined voice....

It's more speculations than anything solid, but it gets harder to refute them the more they stack. That said, we should always take it with a grain of salt.

Strongly assumed rather than known, but yes. It was always sufficiently likely that there was no point fretting over it or needing proof to be comfortable at this stage.
