totally innocent mindset, also im returner, not going to lottery for a house which 30days afk ill lose it, but thank you for cheeringSo, I generally tell people who don't know any better to save up 500k amd just get an apartment. That way you won't lose it if your fc boots you.
Otherwise. Not sure what you want done to fc's that people won't try to abuse. Just be more careful on the one you want to join next time.

An apartment is not a house and does not require entering the lottery. Just find a ward you like and go to the apartment block lobby to purchase one.

Do maps twice and you'll have your gil back. 300k isn't a whole lot, seriously.
I think you owe each of us 300k for posting this nonsense.auto-explainable, since a gm recommended me to create a topic here (which he was a great emotional support lol) im doing that.
joining a FC 12 aug. just to be fired of it on 14 because owner doesnt like you dont use mic and think you are a "stalker that wants to steal farm mech" whatever that means.. i think its time to implement a 300k gil compensation based in the amount of days the private chamber were created. fyi im with 400k atm in inventory so congrats to that FC owner which im not going to mention
No one is owed a spot in a FC. If you get kicked, accept that you weren't a good fit for the FC and move on. They may even have done you a favor by kicking you if it's a bad FC.
As for the gil spent on the FC room, take it as a lesson. Look before you leap.

I'm gonna be as respectful as I can:
You need to be more responsible with your gil and your social circles.
Joining an FC is a commitment. You're committing to a group of people, and you really shouldn't just commit to a bunch of strangers without actually getting to know them first.
Your personal beef with the FC lead doesn't matter. If they said something that broke any TOS, then report them with logs to show them breaking TOS. If no TOS were broken, they have every right to kick you from their FC, even if they're not nice people. Also, for all we know you could have been rude and nasty to them as well.
It was your careless choice to commit both yourself and your gil to a group of strangers.
The gil is lost. They don't have it, and the game doesn't owe it to you. Learn from the experience.
Best of luck to you in the future.

I personally wouldn’t buy an FC room and decorate it just a few days after joining that FC unless it is lead by people I already know. I’d wait to see if it’s a good fit and if it’s stable enough. Even then you never know what can happen when the human factor comes into play. I don’t care much for the 300k: it’s more the work that goes into decorating.
300k gils are easy to make in this game. Do a single evening of treasure hunting and you could make that back several times (there’s also many other ways to make gil).
As others suggested, get an apartment. You won’t lose it even if you become inactive. All it takes is choosing the city you prefer and then a ward where there are apartments available. Takes a few minutes max to get one.

Gonna put money on it being Tifa from Crisis Core and Siren from FF8.
Personally I'd avoid ever purchasing an apartment in a FC house. I have been in FCs where they decide to move when each shiny new housing zone gets released and despite them being decent and compensating tenants it is still a huge pain in the ass to move. Just get an apartment in one of the many massive apartment blocks in a totally different residential zone and then you have the bonus of an additional TP point for convenience and you get to pick what zone style you like.
