also black listing works better then reporting in my experience, i don't think i seen one person that i blacklisted in my game after doing so.
Look, the reason why it's a cringe for me when I see it is because I'm worried it puts people off playing and I think it's a healthy reaction given that clearly some people find it intolerable.
