Please help! Can't place my bid on housing.

Housing rules: can only own ONE fc and private house per service account per world.

The players you see with multiple fcs are using a loophole that square needs to close to gain additional housing.

Unfortunately, it's a loophole that SE cleaned and decorated nicely with Empyreum's release. Before that, the posted rules made it sound like 1 FC house per world was the intended limit. After, it's now clear they're fine with players owning multiple FC houses per world as long as the character purchasing the FC house moves to a different FC.

What SE needs to do is stop spending resources on expanding the ward system and bring the instanced housing system out of the apartment dark age into the modern era like many other MMORPGs with housing.

If they would do that, players could already have their Crystarium housing, Ala Mhigo housing, Old Sharlayan housing, Sea of Clouds housing, etc. Players could set up blacklists and whitelists so no more unwanted trolls hanging out in their venues. Even players who prefer ward housing would have their 3-axis placement, 3-axis rotation and possibly even resizing of furnishings instead of having to resort to awkward glitching or use of third-party tools to create the look they want.

also lol @ instanced housing being a topic again even back then, it aint happening, just stop, the best you'll get is at best housing mirage, and even then they put their hope up by mistranslating Yoshi from an LL, what was mentioned on the LL was the ability to change the layout and remove pylons/columns, they never mentioned change the size, but they are keeping their hopes up based on a wrong translation which makes it even funnier.
