Also I do find it hilarious that people just go over the fact some of the fc wards on sagi and phantom are basically completely empty with less than 20% of plots taken, they will cry about the multiowners and ignore the fact there are literally thousands of open houses, and then shout "multiowners are taking my houses !!!"

So, since you wanna be acting like a baby, this is the only response I will give to you, cause you are clearly trolling.

1) I do not own FC, so they are no taking me house.
2) I know there are some houses on Sagi, but this does not deal with that. This deals with bots and bot FCs.
3) Nobody cries about anything, I am simply notifying about this issue.

They are not bots FC's, they are submarine houses, but thank you for showing you have no idea what you're talking about.

There is nothing to "notify" about, shell FC's and submarines houses have been a thing since submarines were introduced. Do you really think they are not aware of that by now ? I would invite you to look around the wards even on NA and see all the multiowners with the same tags.

There is nothing to "notify" about, shell FC's and submarines houses have been a thing since submarines were introduced. Do you really think they are not aware of that by now ? I would invite you to look around the wards even on NA and see all the multiowners with the same tags.

You should learn to read, because this is not about housing availability, but about bot FCs. And since you can not read, you are not worth responding to, this is my last response to you

I mean, the problem is still there ultimately as it still persists on other servers. The only difference is that it doesn't necessarily apply to some servers by courtesy of being new, and/or dead. But as I said, the problem is almost entirely with SE for not looking at the problem adequately enough, and/or not looking at [I]why people are doing it[/I in the first place and looking at ways to make it better that don't involve erasing near-all reward for engaging in subs, rather than the players themselves - For better or worse the system near enough openly encourages what people are doing anyway.

Edit: But I do realize this might be a contentious point at this level, let alone if it were expanded on.

I mean yeah the problem in itself is submarines because they make a lot of gil, but that's just how it is at this point in time and I dont think it'll ever change, SE is fully aware that there are people multiowning for the sake of submarines, and it's pretty obvious that they dont care at this point

The point is that there is nothing to "notify" about, it's not agaisnt the ToS, yes it exists, and they are aware, but that's really where it ends

It haven't took me even 3 minutes, and I managed to google a site that was literally selling the very same houses for disgusting amount of money (literally thousands of dollars).

In the end, it might seem ridiculous to spend so much money on a bot house and have no guarantee of ever receiving it, but imagine playing on a server where housing is limited, much like my friend who is desperately trying to get housing for a couple of years, what would these people give to get a Large house on the their server?

Sagittarius has 2583 houses open for purchase (not even including the still locked wards). Who would buy a house for thousands of dollars there? How would it help if GMs spent time cleaning up Sagittarius wards when that's not a populated server with limited housing?

But you know, their friend really wants a house ! In shirogane !

Why would they settle for a house in goblet, mist, empy or LB ? Nah, they want a house in shiro, and a large too, because they deserve it, they aint gonna settle with some low tier goblet plot !

Something is telling me that they aint got a house because they are very selective of what plot they want.
