CON and THM took me maybe 3-4 days solo from around 40... Company Leve mobs give mad exp 600-1000 exp per kill and I think was about 10-13k exp per 15min run, specially good if you just concentrate on the ones that has lots of elementals as mobs OR do the higher rank one where you just need to pop 4 of the mobs hiding repeatedly skipping all the guard the NPC ones, that alone gives you 10k exp in 10min or less if you're lucky.
