Since we know we're getting one Caster and one Melee, I just figured the TMNT shirt was a reference to the beast tribe around which the xpac seems centered, and likely to be their form of Shaman/Geomancer/Warder.

As for the other (likely Scouting) job, some manner of Bounty Hunter/Gambler (whipblade?) or Corsair (blade and pistol)?

When Yoshi-P was talking about how he couldn't reveal the specific jobs today, he actually stripped out of a comically over-sized shirt to reveal the TMNT shirt he was wearing underneath it and made a big deal of it, giving the audience and cameras time to focus on it. So unless he's intentionally jerking us around, his shirt is intended as a clue to at least one of the jobs.

I didn't say otherwise. But, we're talking about a beastmen race with plated backs and who have the faces of (quite iconically and cutely, in the case of their children) anthropomorphized turtles, and we have no other clue to go off of for the guaranteed Caster being added.

The sword doesn't fit a pirate/corsair, it's has too much decoration. But if fits perfectly a Rune Fencer, Magic Knight.
It feels like a mix between a wand and a sword. It could be a surprise and be the caster?

It looks pretty much interchangeably like the Ktisis PLD sword or the RDM sword, iirc, just with a bit more Ronkan vibe...

It's almost like sword variations aren't particularly restricted in this game, so long as SAM still never gets any worthwhile guards (unless, of course, they're cutlass guards, or tulwar guards, or scimitar guards, or basket guards, or...).

I've got no horse in the race, as I'd be fine with whatever (or, equally skeptical of any job concept until I see how it's executed upon), but a sword fit to the setting in which we saw it doesn't seem like it'd be hard evidence one way or another.
