Mutant, based on the shirt from FF legends. Also the leader of this tribe being a 2 headed dude kinda eludes to it. - Caster.

As for the second job, I’d assume Corsair or Swashbuckler idk something pirate related. This being based on meteors outfit on the ship. The collar of his shirt, the haircut, the weapon, seems very fencing-like style seems piratey. - Dex melee

Alright! Here's a brainstorm of the elements I see:

T.M. - Time Mage. Really vague, but who knows?

Green turtles - Green Mage? Just as vague as Time Mage.

Mutant - Shapeshifter job. Might be a heavy hint.

Ninja - Far Eastern Themed job, which could be another big hint, and by that I'd say it's the caster job, because they already have 2 melee representatives with Far Eastern themes.

Weapons - One of those might be, however all of them are already covered except for the nunchaku. I'd like to think that could make them less likely if we weight the options. The highlight is Leonardo holding both ninja swords, but that could be an indicative of 'dual wield' rather than the weapon itself.

Background: Looks like something 'magical' (stars, sparkles), this could hint that this t-shirt is for the caster job.

TMNT -> Time mage guys.

"Turtles in Time" is a classic SNES era game Yoshi-P undoubtedly grew up with (we all did, practically).

We know the 2 jobs are some kind of Melee DPS and Magic Caster. The Melee is the WoL "Face Job" with 1 sword and him practically catching on fire. Doesn't really match TMNT imo and is likely something like Mystic Knight. (Elemental Sword Magic)
