Still nobody cares about streamers and no one cares about Zepla's opinion. FFXIV is one of the very few games in which the majority actually doesnt care about "muh streamer thinks the game sucks so i'll quit too" or the opposite, which is good, lets keep it that way.

The doomposters cared when she was down on the game. The hypeposters care when she's hyped about the game. You may not care. You may only care when they agree with you. But either way, clearly a lot of people care. So "nobody cares" is a lie. Perhaps you should stop lying? Something people have to learn somewhere between being a child and being a mature adult - just because you say something over and over doesn't make it true, no matter how much you want it to be true. Saying nobody cares doesn't make it true. Tons of people very clearly care.

Don't let the doomposters get to you. Some people have decided they don't like the game and/or it won't be what they want it to be/like, so they're trying to make everyone one else down on it and/or quit to validate their own views. What makes the maddest is when there are people legitimately enjoying the game. They can't stand that, so they attack and derail any positive threads and positive posters. All it means is you aren't validating them and they're not mature enough to realize different people like different things and be happy for you.

If you want posters to share their own hype, you would have left content creators out of it altogether and definitely wouldn't have named specific content creators or linked some of their videos.

It was strongly implied the OP was hyped about fanfest and wanted to talk and engage with people who also are hyped about it. I didn't see any "implication" that it was just to talk about creator opinions, especially in lieu of anything else.

Also there's no "content creators OR own hype" rule. A thread can be both. Content creators being hypey and normal people sharing their own hype make sense in a hype thread. I'm honestly really confused about how you reached your conclusions.

Howso? Stormpeaks has a bad habit of saying what she WANTS to be true as if that makes it true, even if it's a lie.

Moreover, most of her points equally apply to her. No one asked her her position on this thread, yet she felt inclined to post it anyway, yet she thinks that's a proper dig at people saying things she doesn't want to hear to shut them down or throw a wet blanket on their threads. I feel like someone could reply to literally every one of her posts with "no one asked" and it be just as valid/invalid.
