It's irrelevant because the community managers do not care about feedback. Everywhere is as equally irrelevant as the forums. They don't care about Reddit or Twitter either. Only place they care about is 2ch.

Who else, exactly, exists in the equation to blame? Where there is a forum, there are posters; where there are posters, there are (or are not) mods. All other forces are extraneous to this eternal power struggle. You know and I know that posting does not cease no matter how good or bad things are.

Unless you intend to start blaming God for the state of the forums, I'm pretty comfortable pointing at the only two players on the field.
