I know the OP's history on these forums so I wish that someone other than the OP had started the thread.

There does seems to be a problem with demolition right now. More than one person is coming forward saying that their house is up for demolition despite having entered it more recently than what the demolition timer would indicate.

This bug affected one of my friends. I had checked my alt's timers yesterday and the Estate timers showed that a Shared Estate (she's tenant) was scheduled for demolition in 13 days. I mention it in the FC Discord and a long time friend of the owner also in the FC sent him a text message. He logs in a short time later to make certain the timer gets reset but also said that it shouldn't be happening because he had intentionally gone into his house to reset the timer just before he started his vacation a couple of weeks ago.

Stormpeaks also reported today entering one of their houses about the same time my friend started his vacation and yet that house was also showing a demolition message in Estate timers.

It sounds like house entries near the start of the month may not have been recorded correctly and so there are houses pending demolition despite the owners having entered those houses.

Please: if you do not enter your house frequently and especially if you last entered it near the start of this month, check your Estate timers to make certain that demolition isn't pending. Enter your house after you check for good measure.

If anyone else discovers pending demolition for their house that should not be there, add a reply here but also open a bug report. This has been an ongoing issue for years but we may finally have the opportunity to get the bug isolated and corrected if we get enough owners to come forward to report having this problem. I would start the bug report myself except I am not the owner of the house affected, only a tenant and so my entries into the house wouldn't reset the timer.
