If you were gonna have an issue with SE sending you notifications about your inactivity then you shouldn't have set up yourself to own a house.

I mean as much as I disagree with their main point, it is literally in the housing page that there should be an email sent, my house on my alt has been on auto demo state a few times and I have never gotten a single emailSorry OP but you reap what you sow. If you aren't using it, you can let it demolish and buy it back when you are interested in housing again. Or are there enough people on Dynamis that a medium would be bid on instantly? Then auto-demo serves a purpose, which is to distribute houses to people who still care about owning one.
Would you rather they have someone eat 100kg of beans and show up with a book of matches and blow it up?
