Considering the boundary-breaking houses with jumping on the inside of your house to go into the void seem to get reported and something is (usually) done... I don't understand why they wouldn't do the same on this since it's going out of bounds of the property the items are spawned from. How absurd.

But my mention of keeping the ticket open and requests to escalate still stands. That seems to be the only way of them actually doing anything which is stupid.

I got the same response a few hours after submitting this last one. The plot remains unchanged, so my next response to them will include these screenshots.

Ask to escalate it as well as this is clearly harassment and GMs aren't doing anything about it or escalating it either.... like they're supposed to. :/ Regardless if it's your plot or not, I imagine the plotholder has been doing the same and getting nowhere, which isn't right.

The owner has posted in this thread, and back in this post someone shared a Tweet from the owner. He can't get any help either.

The whole thing is odd. Makes you wonder if someone working with SE owns the plot. I mean, the GM's and support staff can't really be this obtuse, can they??

SE seems to look the other way when it comes to 3rd party tools until they're used to negatively impact another player's game experience or violate decency laws. They don't go after every ACT user after all, they just go after the ones that use parse information to humiliate/harass other players or have publicly displayed use of additional plug-ins that create an unfair game advantage.

Most of those using housing tools are using them in a reasonable manner that doesn't interfere with other players so SE has no reason to waste the time on them assuming they even get reported.

Either you have to action his account for 3rd party addon usage, and then you have to action everyone else for the same thing.

Or you overlook this as well since this was caused the addon they turn a blind eye to.

The reason "housing tools" are used in a reasonable manner is because it's used in an isolated instanced space. Once you are able to decor within a shared space, complaints of eyesores will crop up.

Creating an eyesore isnt reportable in itself and using add-on that you turn a blind eye to isnt itself a reportable offense unless you plan to action everyone else for the same.

This thread comes down to. "Someone is using an addon that is against ToS to create an eyesore that not against the ToS, so action the account that technically isnt breaking the rules but please dont touch the addon that allowed them to place it there that is against the ToS!"

That is up to SE. Players cannot answer that question.

It is up to SE on how they choose to enforce the ToS provisions. Players are not enforcement.

Talk to SE about that. We aren't the ones who enforce the ToS so you're directly those questions to the wrong place..

The issue here is not whether someone is creating an eyesore within their own plot as allowed.

They are using third party tools to place outdoor furnishings on another player's plot and obstructing the pathway that is not part of their plot.

Are you incapable of understand the difference or merely vision impaired so you are unable to see exactly what is happening?

I've been there, but am unaware how the void stuff works. Perhaps I should go look more.
