Healer solo experience in VC dungeon

In as many healer threads as I’ve seen you in I still struggle to see how you can see how SCH’s healing is weak, it’s the strongest healer of the 4 and it isn’t particularly close

I did say it healing its weak yes I misworded how I said it on the post but, its more that its the most annoying and clunky healer to play where with whm/sage/ast feels more fluid and straight forward. Its biggest weakness to me is not only its pet locks out some of it kits it seem to lack mobility like having to pre casting shields instead of having the ability to use em on the move which I always liked better on noct ast and sage even if their weaker, but holos/haima/panihma counters the weak E prog, E diag is powerful anyways, E prog is my only grip with sage which I think needs a tune up. I can manage the busy style of an ast card and play far better than the clunky sch pet management that is why I always have a gripe on sch. Everyone has a certain class they just do not play well or fits their style. I love blm and wanna learn it but I rather rdm cause its much more fluid in flow.

I’ll give you if you are used to SGE SCH can feel clunky but the rest is more just a facet of SCH being such an old job that’s never really had a skill wipe and reset

Skills like dissipation still exist because back when it was released skills came with trade offs, you didn’t just every skill only has upsides and it leads to a lot of SCH’s unique gameplay because it’s one of the few classes that still maintains a skill with clear downsides as one of its capstone skills

As for movement SGE is more mobile because of eukrasia but that’s meant to counter SCH’s totem healing, sacred soil and all of the fairy skills can be placed and heal far away from the SCH’s position which is one of the most useful skills in savage and part of what makes SCH so strong in savage (aside from also dominating SGE in shield strength and Judy doing more damage)

Not sure if it was a error, but whats judy? Also even ast that is to be the hardest healer feels was easier to handle then sch. I played stormblood ast which many thought was overwhelming when the cards each had different effect and you have the potency card increase/double duration/aoe aka royal road to use/time dilation and still all that having to manage all that + combust 1 and 2 still felt easier than sch.
