    So, wait...

    *Winged Reprobation: Helps with weaving, the stacks last forever, and the spell it buffs makes a good GCD spammer, which saves a slot

    You let the stacks build, and use the 4th to get the buff, but don't touch the 3rd? ... intersting.

    When you use it with 3 stacks up, your stacks go away and it goes on a 90 second cooldown. You also get the buff that boosts Conviction Marcato for 10 seconds
