Level limit on behest is a terrible idea considering its now an achievement. If there are people doing behest that are trying to get xp I stay out of their party and try to let them claim mobs first.

If it's level sync system it wouldn't be an issue imo, just need to figure out if devs can make it like FFXI where you can wear high level items after sync or would you suddenly go naked lol.

It is a griefing/game balance issue. Last week I was trying to level at Skull Valley by doing Behests in between leves. Some ahole decided to park next to where the behest NPC spawned and was afk running a macro to join the behests there as lv50... thus making the behest mobs lv23-25 for me. Yeah, I could've jumped on a 50 and killed them, but I wanted the exp for my CNJ.

I think ensuring that events are being used properly is more important than getting achievements.

some people do behests for the achievment involved in them, just saying

i know i did, but when i did it i made sure those who needed the exp still got it
