I know you' and probably the OP are probably just trying to stir up drama but I think this could be a learning experience for others, so:
2S stands for "Two Souls", a spiritual/religious belief that a person can have two or more souls. These souls can be different genders and sexualities.
L is for Lesbian.
G is Gay.
B is Bisexual.
T is Transgender.
Q is for Queer (although some people have replace it with "Questioning", as in questioning their gender identity and/or sexuality).
I is for Intersex, referring to those who are born with sex characteristics that do not fit the gender binary.
A is for Asexual, referring to those who don't feel a sexual attraction to either gender. (Some also replace this with Ace, meaning be both Asexual and Aromantic, feeling little to no romantic attraction to others, OR Androgynous, when one expresses themselves in a way outside or in between the norms of the gender binary).
And the + refers to anything else that hasn't been listed but still falls under the umbrella (Non-Binary, Genderfluid Genderqueer, Pansexual, etc.).
What is or isn't on the acronym varies from person to person.
