I dunno...I think I like Au'Ras BECAUSE they are tiny...and angry. I like fun sized balls of fury.Roegadyn and Hyurs are the best choice. Female Au Ra are way too small and too uwu to be taken seriously. Miqote is so played out that you'd just be lost amongst the sea of the most overused race in the game. This same sentiment also goes for Au Ra.
With female roes and hyurs (more specifically highlanders), they're more refined and mature if we're gonna be honest here.
And before anyone posts "Mad because small"...No. Not a Lalafell.
When you deal with human beings, never count on logic or consistency.
Fluid like water. Smooth like silk. Pepperoni like pizza.
This is a VERY good and important question because the Bunny, Miqo, Au Ra triad was specifically created to keep Fantasia addicts in a loop!
But bunny girls are the best and it's not even close. I think Square Enix shot themselves in the foot there when they introduced them, which is why they made them limited in terms of headgear but it doesn't matter. They are still the best ♥

Auras are either fish or lizards so smell bad.
Viera don’t seem to have invented chins yet.
Miquotes win through process of elimination.
As op’s character shows, hyur are the real winner.
The correct answer is thighlander and it's not even close.

Clearly the answer is "Whatever TMM has currently fantasia'd to." Step aside fives, a Ten is here.
