Thoughts on : Gil Sink Items

There should be a lot more Gil Sink items, not a few 25 million or even 50 million Gil mounts here and there, but because SE put everything that looks decent in the cash shop instead, we cant have that.

Housing is a good gil sink. It would be much better if SE would make it easier for all players to get housing with larger item limits. I'm frequently vendoring and repurchasing vendor only items so I'll be able to store more expensive and/or harder to obtain items.

I also wish they would start adding cosmetic versions (no level/role restrictions) of popular role gear items to vendors as additional gil sinks. It's crazy when I find a nice pair of earrings then have to store 3-4 versions of it in my glamour dresser because of role restrictions. I'm fine if they want to add level/progress restrictions to purchase (ie if the original item drops in a level 71 dungeon, you need to have completed the dungeon before you can purchase the cosmetic copy) but they're missing out on a great opportunity here for gil sinks not to mention for players to make more efficient use of their glamour dressers.
