    I can't believe it is 2023 and we still don't have male nipples!
    We need complete customization including piercings.
    And once we're done with that, we need SE to finally admit that guys have body hair.

    Absolutely not, it is not a technical problem, but female nipples and breasts is not shown either and it would be highly discriminating to add them.

    If anything they should force on tops for male charactes as well.
