Luluna I am not ingame right now, but take a look at the level 1's specifically, you dont want to have to lock the glam to one specific job or class if possible. Foestriker also isnt dyeable

That's a matter of taste. I prefer class-specific outfits to using the same on everything.

If you want a dyeable Foestriker skirt you have to go for the level 50 aiming variants (one also has a patterned edge) or, if you want a silver skirt you can wait for Ysayle's set to get released.
