Couple thoughts...

1.) Remember that the dev team has access to a lot more feedback than just this forum. Aside from various other media sites, they have in-game engagement metrics, too. I find that frequently when people complain about the devs "not listening"...it's actually that they are listening, but to everybody, not just "you." For example, if someone on here were to post that the FATE bicolor gemstone grind is stupid and shouldn't be repeated, but their engagement metrics show a lot of players doing it and actively using the minions/songs/other rewards, etc., they'll likely keep including that grind because that one "I don't like it" post is sunk underneath all of the data showing people engage with it. On the other hand, if the devs found there was little engagement with it, then it would make more sense to look at places like the forums for people providing specific feedback as to why they might not like it (is the grind too long? rewards not "good enough"? the idea itself irredeemable? and so on...).

2.) There's such a thing as being so negative your feedback becomes non-feasible to consider. For example, there's a poster in this thread personally attacking the dev team, who also has made several other posts recently that are entirely vindictive and absolutely bitter. If I'm a developer, I recognize that person is so far gone that "satisfying" them would mean changing the game so entirely that it would likely drive up a much larger group of people who are happy with the game right now (aka counter-productive). And even then, they might be so bitter that nothing I do would be enough to please them. They've effectively made themselves not worth listening to. Feedback from people who generally enjoy the game but have specific critiques are a lot more sensible to listen to.
