The forums are the vast minority. Most players have no idea that they exist, let alone use them. In-game you won't see any of this as if they're in-game then they're most likely enjoying the game.

Don't listen to the Job Identity thing. Players are happy with the jobs, mostly. The jobs also may have some similarities but you won't play, say, a Dark Knight the same as a Warrior. They're just built differently.

Enjoy what you can see—but you probably won’t be able to understand them until you play the game more.
