Thankfully BBB has more common sense than you.Just making sure I understand the issue:
Company A makes a product, and puts a price tag on it available as an additional, but unnecessary purchase.
Customer B, who thinks this product should be free, lodges a complaint to the BBB, claiming abuse.
What is the actual violation here/what are the actual grounds for SE to do a thing? Legit curious how or why this wouldn’t just be thrown out immediately.
This IS consumer abuse whether you like it or not.
