This, I'm sorry to say, is true of every nation and country.
If your looking to find the horrible things "We Americans" do, you'll find them, if you look for the racist things JPs say, you'll find them. I've been kicked from scores of JP pts, not for doing anything wrong but because I was "english speaking". This happens, EU players do it too. This is our fk'd up human race.
Really though americans killing ppl in Iraq, your defending anyone there, they've been attacking americans for decades, long before we invaded, long before we decided they weren't the best people on earth. They do the "holy war" thing and drag their BS into any/every nation that doesn't agree with them, but they're good.
Again I only want to see the negative and I had no trouble finding it.

News sensationalizes negatives because it draws larger crowds. Open your eyes, look for the positive yourself, it's there, just gotta flip the coin over.

I'm aware of the positive, just sick of keeping the positive quiet. You won't get healing on a wound that's infected, right? You need to get rid of the infection. So I'm pointing out exactly why someone, whether it's a game or not, should ignore another human being that says randomly untintellible insults.

Sure humanity is bad, but compare how many looters roved about during Hurricane Katrina here in the states to how many did after the tsunami hit set Fukushima off in Japan. We can do a bit better as a community, all I'm saying, whether it's on this game, out in public or other wise.

As far as the rude threads on this forum, you do realize that not everyone who speaks English is American, right? Canada, India, Ireland, and (HOLY CRAP) England are all native English speakers as well. On top of that, many countries teach English to their children as a second language. Before you lump all the rude topics as topics made by Americans, please consider this.

actually the biggest problem this country has is the fact the republican party today is what the democrats were 20 years ago, the democrats today are what the liberals were 20 years ago, and the liberals today are what the fringe lunatics were 20 years ago. the 2 party system works when both are opposite ends of the spectrum to balance each other out. the problem is they are more alike than different in today's age.

i am under no illusion this country is in great shape, but i am also not under an illusion that because of some lunatics we are all the exact same. saying we are all racist because of something like watching a hollywood form of entertainment is the same as saying all people in africa has aids because of watching the travel channel or that all muslims hate everyone that is not of their faith and wants to kill us all. you painted the entire country with a broad brush and that is what i am talking about.

those are broad generalizations and that is why i say that is not right leaning mentality. right leaning mentalities do not paint everyone into a generalization. yes, there are people that fit into each of those, but not everyone does. there are people from every nation on the face of this earth that fit into most of those, but you don't see me calling them those false generalizations claiming they ae the entire country. what else would i expect when someone quotes cnn as a source of fact to back up arguments. you are just as well bringing up the daily beast or huffington post blogs up for proof.

Those aren't my sole opinions, that's the perception we give to other nations based on the actions of what unfortunately is a growing amount of people.

I used the " " for a reason. I will tell you that I have seen how completely irresponsible my fellow citizens have, and can be at the drop of a hat.

We let things distract us from the real issues every day. I'm unsure of what you mean by the time capsule you described in the parties, but to me this started with Woodrow Wilson when the progressive moment got a foot hold.

I don't believe that the rep's you described are very liberal as much as they are stubborn or corrupt like the usual politician.

Not that I'm saying you're not worth a discussion or youre ridiculous, but I'm going to end this or my part of it by saying that you and I probably do think just alike as far as how we want our lives and others to be, we just don't agree with the means to get it back from where everything is headed.

See my work, which I can't discuss openly due to a paper I signed, puts me into contact with people all over the planet. Point and fact, a game full of Trolls is no fun, the other night one of my friends who is Japanese got invited to a party of American players with me. I actually suggested he be invited, know what they did when they found out Japanese was his first spoken language?? -boot- No explanation, but after he's out of party they explained to me "He was Japanese anyway", he spoke english just fine, he just was talking to another person who had been Japanese who pridefully left the party since Japanese weren't welcome.

Hey I love America, I do have positive thoughts about her, but don't lie, call it like it is, the mainland Vack' is imperiled. It's now okay to openly make fun of someone's faith, gender, disability, race and socially acceptable to haze someone for being different or new. Though it's not really making too much sense when I see so many complaints from players who aren't acting completely insane right off the top that seemingly go unread. Check the job class forums, check other, battle mechanics etc. There are a lot of people with valid complaints that haven't been addressed.

I saw a post titled "Let's talk BS about this Maintenance Time" it had a crown the same day. Someone upset about maintenance, though primetime in eastern/pacific terms, designed to give a better playing experience, ergo a particularly invalid complaint, got a response while being rude. I just am making an observation, don't mean necessarily to insult anyone; just pointing something out...

Edit: As a side note, I'm not a fan of any one place, nation, or what have you. I only mention Japan here because you used it as an example. But to add an example, there's 17 or so civil wars going on at any given time in Africa. Arabs regularly kill and/or assault their neighbor's, and last I checked most of Asia doesn't invite "outsiders" with open arms and gift baskets. Picking out a minority to use as an example doesn't work great unless your arguing with 5 year olds that know no better.

It's okay to admire the way of life a culture has, I apologize I happen to be somewhat fond of eastern culture to an extent. I am always a die hard fan of good old fashioned US liberty but, when it comes to humility and honor the Japanese are exemplars of this.

When this game tanked the late producer wrote an apology, I didn't see that happen when a few other Mmo's flopped. When a governor in Japan made a comment that offended his people, he apologized, don't see that here for the most part.

Not meaning to bash us here in the states, but there is always room for improvement for everyone, and the states were founded with the principal that we the people would stride to build a thriving and free nation.

As for your example in the mid east, that's a whole different debate entirely that historically is not in the favor of the west when it comes to any kind of moral high ground.
