    No. Large would be the largest a house could be. But instead of trying to buy a medium or large with terrible odds, let me upgrade my small. Make it cost the same as buying one outright and I would even add the stipulation that you must do it in stages. In other words if you have a small and you want to upgrade you must go to medium, then purchase the large upgrade. You couldn't go straight from small to large.
