    If it's any consolidation, you can bet those not on your server will help keep this at the top (or at least I will) until there's a response from the team.

    Well I'd estimate we're looking at no more than 10hrs since it's around midnight in Japan (not sure exactly) unless the NA team here can hit some sort of "hot-reset" switch.
