Are we really going to praise them for removing 2 threads in like 3 weeks ?

The day they remove all of Titanmen's bait threads I will praise them, until then they get nothing from me.

I think it was like 4-5 in total cause I have been in a few which I left tabbed, came back refreshed and they're gone. I could be wrong or they may be from another user. Either way this just needs to be the start of them noticing the pattern...if they could just acknowledge it, that would be nice but fingers aren't going to be crossed for this. Would be nice to be surprised but we shall see.

If you really want to make a good report, one time (5 years ago), I called Square-Enix’s Customer Support to just file a complaint on the forums about someone who was harassing me by following my posts. It’s the reason why I hadn’t logged onto here much and posted.

I know this place clearly isn't the main source for new people to come voice their concerns, likings etc of the game. That clearly is reddit, discord and twitter.

Presently all of the reddit communities are down in protest of the Reddit API change.

But yes, I would say that Reddit and Twitter are absolutely the places people go to talk about the game.

The 2 recent ones were Gaius, the others I remember (My 4-5 was in response to your in 3 weeks statement) were Titanmen threads, I agree the non binary one needs to go...like I am all for talking about like non binary and representation but its a case of he's using it to actually troll and is not at all for people in that demographic which I think is more insulting.

Reddit maybe but the FFXIV Twitter community is worse than all the trolls on this forum combined

I say thats the best approach, COMPLETELY ignoring all and every threads from them so to not give them the satisfaction of bumping them or giving attention in general, completely ignoring their comments anywhere by not replying to them or about them, please remember that they will try to stir you on, remember it’s just trolls, don’t feed them, they will insult, try to piss you off but just ignore, report and write support.
If they don’t get banned by the moderators, they will just talk to themselves and their alts, sad af as it should be.

That would be by far the best thing to do, though hard to achieve I fear. They just need one or two unsuspecting posters to satisfy their hunger, and the more personal they go the harder it will be for people to keep their cool.

Completely agree. Its twisting serious, real life issues all for the goal of creating discourse, and its disappointing how many still fall for his deception.

Thats why this thread is important and I apologise to Zephyr for derailing it a bit, whilst I appreciate seeing some mod action around, let this thread be a reminder to all of us just how many people, DIFFERENT people and not alts, are sick of this, and give them a taste of their medicine and mass report all the insults and antagonistic behaviour. Don’t give up, clearly mass reporting works, there’s probably just one person working here once in a while who can’t keep up with everything but they notice the mass reporting.

I would very much like anything thrown out of the window with these trolls but deleting threads doesn't do too much. The issue that is concerning here is if you are getting reports about these threads from this particular few people and this is abundant in being reported surely you must think hmmm maybe its best to ban the user now rather then let them cook.

I cant disagree. however we may think, the moderators clearly have different ideas or guidelines

It seems they spend more time moving threads to another parts of forums (see some recent CC threads) and have to see a pretty grievous error from users to take action. It's nice that they have at least some presence though.
