He did the same thing regarding the ability to have glamours in PvP, among a dozen other things.
Tfw parsers are simply #17 in the list of the things he said could not ever and would not ever happen because he finally had the misfortune of informing himself.

To be clear:
I don't think there's much benefit to an all-players-shown official version of ACT. ACT is rudimentary at best, with a decent chance of lacking so much context as to be misleading or at least needing several samples to get reliable information out of it where one would otherwise be enough if using a better metric (say, relative potency, instead of raw, crit/dhit-adjusted damage).
But an actually polished design and its accordant surroundings, deliberately and pretty comprehensively built to be a learning tool? That would absolutely be a boon for the game.
