Repeat DC’ers

Hello,

What options do we have for players who are repeatedly DC’ing right before a match starts in CC (ranked). I’m presuming to de-rank themselves… And the others on their team. Is there anyway to remediate the rank these people are forcing others to lose? Are those stuck with the repeat offender just SOL? What are my options besides not trying to rank?

Is it on Aether? Catgirl summoner with a name starting with a C? I can't remember their name but my sister was trying to rank and there was a person woth that description who would cut off their game client right at the start of the match. They were in Platinum 4 so they could keep doing it over and over without de-ranking.

We reported them since it didn't seem like a bad connection. It conveniently happened repeatedly at the perfect timing to avoid a time out penalty.

Support desk ticket. Otherwise kinda SoL, I'd recommend ranking at a different time of day if possible.

It's dubious if a ticket would even get them suspended as well, without mods being able to prove if it was being done deliberately or not.

had a guy that was a crystal ranked player in casual rage DC lol
I remember his last name was Vox.... cant remember anything beyond that.
