When I first tried Viera, 4 years ago (in the CC) I was so happy because I thought they had a tail, imagine my disappointment when I noticed it was the gear...
But people told me that Viera in previous appearances also did not have a tail. So I felt a little beter, still sad for no tail, but not as much.
Please Yoshi, I need a tall woman with a tail...

Honestly, curvy is exactly what we need more of. They're likely to have a Femroe skeleton but I'm crossing my fingers their bust-waist-hip ratio is less....flat. Give them girls those male Au Ra hips please.

I'd disagree on principle. They could have very strong and marked sexual dimorphism (See: Au Ras) and still work.
The bestial featuers would suit them better, though, you're right on that.
But at this point it's just wishful thinking and screaming excitedly about fanarts. We'll have to wait for the Fan Fests and see if they give us some concept art at least.
I personally wish they don't have hunched backs like male Hroths. If having them be "Miqo 2.0" is the price to pay for that... I'd be OK with it.
I want them bestial, just not ugly for the sake of ugly, if that makes sense.

Then you're disagreeing on something that doesn't have much merit.

My Au Ra Main is Min Height, but despite that, their Dimorphism matches their Race as there are some cues that let you know they are of the same race.
Their Children for example have minimal Dimorphism due to age, but you can tell they are same race due to their "Race(s) Features"
Dimorphism is simply the Differences between the genders of A Race.

If we are to apply some Dimorphism to Hrothgar, It could be a number of things, like Fur Pattern, Eye/Facial-Bone Structure. Or Height. <Which I lightly mentioned in the past that. I feel that very few would complain if Female Roths were taller by only a inch or two. But Equal to Each other is best.>

When it comes to Dimorphism, it acts like a Modifier for the races Traits between its genders. Be it Height or Visual Traits.

We're as a Blatant change that looks like a Member of a different Race or Ancestor.
That's a whole other story.

Beauty has also been Subjective to its Communties Appeal.
Everyone wants a good looking races, and Hrothgars have a pretty specific number of varieties they are happy with.

<Miqo 2.0 does no one any good, as it'll likely ruin the balance the race is intended to make. and meld it with something it isn't. You'll end up with the Uncannyness of "Cats" which has much more limited appeal.>

I could just never make a Viera Alt without them having a tail. There are so many tail types Bunnys/Hares/Rabbits Have. I'd imagine a Viera Alt of mine in a Alternative Universe having a Leaf Shaped one, or one like those on Does.

Crazy as it may be, no matter how pretty a Viera is, or after the Graphics update. The lack of Tail option was a deal breaker for me, sadly.

But don't let my restrictions, ruin all yours Pretty n Pink Vieras.

I think most Hrothgar players would like it if females were just as tall as the males or at least give the impression of being the same height due to the male's hunch (here's hoping that they might get the option to toggle it off in 7.0). So the males, if they straighten their backs would be taller than the females, but hunched they would be equal. I think that would be cute.

love to ax the hunch I hate having to use that lazy lean cpose or lean or guard emotes to look a hrothgars actual height.

You know what I was wondering? When Female Hrothgar is revealed and the media tour will be out, do you think that any YouTuber would verify their emotes? If yes, who do you think it's the most probable to showcase them?
In the past, I would have said probably Zepla since she showed the Viera and male Hrothgar ones, but her attitude toward female Hrothgar + her being into Genshin. Probably means that will be a no.

Mizzteq i think did a video for hroth emotes preshb. I imagine she will for femgar but idk.
Course the benchmark should (???) let you test some emotes in CC.

AvyCatte, I guess, will be fine? They has pretty nice and funny content, plus makes videos for every race anyway, and spoke warmly about fem hroth, mentioning the release after they appeared!

There is trick that I would suggest, after the release. While creating an alt to see everything in action is still an option, the question is what will be with queues per server... and it would be ideal to see them in a benchmark in cutscenes, however:

when I come up with a char design that kinda like, but dangles in uncertainty, I just change my retainer's look as it. Retainer Fantasia is pretty cheap on my server, so it's not a problem at all... but more importantly, opportunity to look at the result from the outside, apply some glamor and generally catch the vibe, so to speak. Maybe it will come in handy!

And I am tired of people prerending it is not, cause you know that they would throw out the tables if the roles were reversed. Like how they did when they foud out that male Viera are just a few cm shorter.

As always, I'm speaking only for myself ofc, but the difference between male and female Viera in favor of the latter's height made me ecstatic, haha. It seems right, given their way of life, and just charming.
But wanted to say this: we have repeatedly mentioned bozjan frescoes, and I remind once again that the hrothgar shrinemaidens on them are only slightly lower than the roe. And the queen is even larger! Which, however, may be a tribute to her status, but in any case, I also hope that they will be high, at least optional: it makes sense and fits the impression of the race.
