Gil Sellers / RMT On Seraph

I came back to the game last November after a lengthy break to discover Gil Sellers / RMT is SO much worse than it was in 2018. How do we stop this? Ive reported over and over... Maybe a few times Ive noticed a break if they get banned after reporting, but they just come right back. How do other crafters and gatherer's deal with this? Lets not even get on the topic of FC housing wards having 30 of the same FC name. Clearly all owned by the same person with multiple accounts.

Id like to start putting names out there of known gil sellers but not sure if thats against ToS. You can sometimes tell by doing a player search inserting crafters name and looking at search info they have all crafters at max with only 1 DoW/M. And they are usually at an inn or apartment where they cant be seen, probably because they are using software to auto update retainers to undercut. What are the solutions for Square Enix to prevent and put a stop to this?
