Obvious gil farming, or FC house reselling

Lets be honest, if you visit the FC wards theres a remarkable number of undecorated small/medium houses owned by FC's with maybe 2 people in them at most. It's obvious what they're using them for, and its not for the enjoyment of owning a house. They're either passively farming gil on their 8x FC houses per world, or holding onto them for resale.

The question is, why isn't it harder for an FC to get a house? Under the current system its harder to farm the gil, rather than unlock the privelege of buying housing on behalf of the FC. At least with personal houses its locked to one per DC, per account.

What exactly is the issue you have with people having multiple undecorated houses for farming gil, or for reselling? Is it because they are blocking limited housing space from other FCs who are struggling to get a house to this day, or because they are taking advantage of limited plot supply?
If so, why not ask for a solution to the actual problem: the ward system restricting supply of houses to only a portion of the player base, or houses being a requirement for company workshops? Why do you believe a set of strict yet circumventable rules for building FCs is the way to go?

The problem is obvious, it allows people just hoard houses to themselves with 0 restriction per account, wasting houses that people could actually use, especially on populated servers. Go find any of these FC's that are dying for a house, and see what they think of undecorated submarine farm house #586.

Meanwhile people struggle to even get a small house personal on all but the lowest populated datacenters/new worlds. You can't fix the FC workshop without making it easily available to everyone, and gil farmers / RMT will absolutely love that, just like they currently do with their 8 houses per account, choking all the FC wards with ugly, vacant, unused housing. Or they're just blatantly reselling them on several discord servers for upwards of 100,000,000+ gil. More restrictions to FC's will hardly be noticed, since the restrictions I think would help cull the problem would be easy to meet if you're an an actual fc with people in it. Not a solo FC.

Look, man. If people are so desperate for housing, they need to move to Dynamis. Because right now, there's a ton of housing open, just sitting there. Vacant plots. No bids on them every lotto cycle.

This actually brings up an interesting talking point. There are still tons of house plots on Dynamis, and yet those haven't been taken over by gil farmers. "All but the lowest" meaning the 3 most overpopulated data centers in the game. People are only struggling to get personal housing on NA data centers Aether, Primal and Crystal. They are not struggling on Light, Chaos, Dynamis, Materia, Meteor, Mana, Gaia or Elemental. OCE and JP are still absolutely fine and in two weeks auto demo returns to EU with a backlog of abandoned houses since Dec 2021 (auto demo was only turned back on for a month this year and those houses still have 15 days on the timer).

Don't worry, Let them sling their insults and throw tempertantrums on whatever discords they like. I don't care what they have to say, anyone defending the hoarding of 8+ houses is huffing copium if they don't think they're being selfish.

Plenty of FC's have reasons Not to want to divide their community by relocating servers. Not everyone is going to be willing to leave all their associates behind so they can have an FC house on a DC they don't know anyone on. But of course a common theme with people on this forum is; "It's all about me, and not about thee." So please, continue justifying your ownership of 8 houses. With each offended reply, it reveals just how many people think they should be entitled to as many houses as they like.

I'm pretending that the Dynamis DC is a populated server, and pretending that Archeron thinks that Dynamis doesn't have enough housing hurr durr *huffs copium*
