Duty Support for MSQ Trials when..?

I, for one, can't give you a reason - I feel the Duty Support system is a good idea.

I mean - hate to say it - but are those who bemoan SE "trying to turn this game into a single player game" the same people who also criticise poor performance from other players in group content?

Some seem to want their cake and to eat it too, frankly.
