Realistically, what are the odds we'll see an item number increase?

Yoshi-P himself said that increasing the number of items you can place in a house is something they want to do in 7.X, but he was very noncommittal about it, and it was clear that no promises were made. Obviously, if resources were unlimited, he'd let us put a few million items in there for all he cares, but they're not. Do you think this will actually happen?

It should come in 7.0 somewhere, but I could be wrong, I hope they devide housing up so inside it has instances.. so large could have 800 items downstairs and 800 items upstairs divided into two instances inside or something could be nice though, and maybe be something to not bother the item limit too much.
