IS straight up has system for automation of pasture and cropland. Why would we not use it?

Because it costs cowries and doesn't reward EXP?

If you've reached max rank then carry on, but at that point you've likely exhausted the system and you're just farming cowries anyway.

I really don't see why we still cannot have supply and demand window open with the other windows.

When did you last engage with this system? Supply and demand stats have been displayed on the same screen you schedule them for a while now. Just pick the items with the highest predicted demand within the same categories for the first couple days, then the items with the highest predicted demand and highest value for the last couple days, of each week.
