I am a fan of more effort, more rewards, but that's already in the game. You already progress faster if you win more. You just can't rig the games in your favor by trying to run with a full premade and telling other players to suck it up and team up themselves if they don't like it.
You know we talked there about premade groups in the normal queue right? If it is a premade group vs a premade group then nobody should get steamrolled more than in the random games cause both sides have the same advantages. And ofc it should be rewarded if you play well, if that means slightly faster ranking up then i don't see the problem and it is certainly not steamrolling others.

And you are twisting my words here, i said the solo folks can make a premade group and join the premade queue if they want to win more frequently.

And there is no "more effort more reward" in the game atm. Cause as i said before, you can do ranked and just grind it out and reach crystal even if you are the worst player on your datacenter. CC is luck based atm and you can put in as much effort as you want but if you get bad players as teammates all your effort is for nothing. A bad player can get lucky with their matches and rank up to crystal in mere days while a good player maybe struggles months with it, how is that more effort more reward for you?

Just for example i lost 5 matches today, in each doing over 1.1m damage. While the other players from both my team and the enemy team struggled to get even 500k. So i can play as good as two maybe sometimes even three players combined but it is worth exactly nothing if rng gives me the bad players. So i ask you, what even is the point in the end? All it does is make the people who enjoy pvp overall despise it. And the other random players never cared about it in the first place, since they want to get just their rewards and be done with it.
